eTeam Workforce Limited is recruiting a Service Designer for a 3-month contract in the UK, with extension likely. The role is based in Telford or Worthing, with two days on-site each week.

You will collaborate with researchers, designers, content designers and developers to deliver user-centred digital services that improve efficiency, simplicity and accessibility.

The assignment offers £469 per day, PAYE through Umbrella, and a fast-paced government-facing environment.

Formación

• Experience creating service design deliverables: personas, experience maps, insights packs, user flows, service blueprints
• Ability to work in highly complex service areas
• Ability to align design solutions with user needs and business objectives
• Experience visualising end-to-end services across multiple government departments
• Collaborative, proactive team player with positive attitude
• User-centred design mindset; share best practices and coach others
• Ability to think differently and try new ideas with stakeholders
• Communicate complex design concepts and evangelise user-centred design

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, analysts and developers to produce outstanding digital services
• Deliver user-centred services that are efficient, simple, fast and easy to use
• Lead design on accessible services while understanding user needs and business goals
• Bridge organisational boundaries to help make designs a success
• Lead design discussions with teams and stakeholders; identify benchmarks and measures
• Use storytelling and visuals to show outcomes of user research and design
• Contribute to development of new value propositions for clients
• Promote design-led service transformation through education, improvements and ideation
