Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Junior User Researcher to join its Digital Excellence community in the UK. You will work with product managers, designers and developers to plan and conduct high-impact research that informs user-centered digital services and products.

You will research inclusively across diverse user groups, use both qualitative and quantitative methods, and communicate findings to help teams build empathy and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in user research and user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with user research and a range of methods.
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative studies (interviews, observations, diary studies).
• Familiar with quantitative surveys to identify insights.
• Ability to combine qualitative & quantitative data for insights.
• Strong storytelling, communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct high-impact research with Product Managers, Designers and developers.
• Manage and support research activities with appropriate methodologies.
• Research inclusively across diverse user groups, including those with additional needs.
• Communicate findings to teams and stakeholders to support empathy and decisions.
• Develop research skills with guidance and training and contribute to practice growth.
