National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead the delivery of roadside technology services across the network. The role entails ensuring safe and reliable operation of assets like speed enforcement and CCTV, with focus on performance, risk management and continuous service improvement.

Hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office, and travel to National Highways offices across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT/OT services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance of roadside technology types, primarily Speed Enforcement (HADECs).
• Analyze performance, control risks and issues, and direct resources to improve service.
• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement to feed lessons learned into the asset life cycle.
• Improve performance through strong relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers and maintainers.
• Manage service contracts financially, with monitoring, assurance and reporting.
