Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead roadside technology services across a national network. You will oversee operational performance, drive continuous service improvement, and manage incidents and events with senior stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires two days in the office and you will collaborate with service design, procurement, asset managers and maintainers to ensure safe, reliable journeys for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, IT or related discipline with ITIL qualification.
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in large environments.
• Experience in incident, problem and service performance management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of roadside technology services and drive improvements.
• Lead fault, event and problem management for the service.
• Collaborate with design and procurement to feed lessons learned into the asset life cycle.
• Improve performance through strong relationships with end-users, suppliers and maintainers.
• Manage contracts, monitoring, reporting and robust financial governance.
