Zusammenfassung

Allianz UK is seeking a Principal Pricing Optimisation Analyst to join the Broker Home team in a hybrid role across UK offices. You will develop and lead price optimisation initiatives, communicating results to stakeholders and mentoring colleagues to upscale pricing capabilities.

Experience in insurance pricing, ML-enabled modelling and data pipelines is essential. You will collaborate with pricing experts and drive the UK pricing strategy while embracing flexible working and training

Qualifikationen

• Experience creating and using predictive pricing models in insurance.
• Strong data pipeline and analysis tooling experience (Databricks, SQL, PySpark).
• Ability to review colleagues' pipelines, models and analyses for quality.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and UK regulatory environment.
• Understanding of GLMs/GBMs and ML applications to pricing.
• Experience with Radar software or comparable tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office; stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across Pricing and the business.
• Experience planning and managing pricing projects end-to-end.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with the Pricing team.
• Understanding of pricing drivers and customer lifetime value (CLV).
