Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Principal Pricing Optimisation Analyst to drive price optimisation for the Broker Home products. The role is hybrid and based from London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford or Leeds, with opportunities to mentor teams and influence pricing strategy.

You will lead major pricing projects, collaborate with Pricing and other departments, and contribute to Allianz’s pricing vision while advancing your technical and commercial impact within a global insurer.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance pricing role creating and using predictive models in a programming language such as WTW Emblem, WTW Radar, or Python.
• Proficiency in data pipeline and analysis tools, e.g. Databricks, SQL, PySpark, or equivalent.
• Capability to review and sign-off other team members’ data pipelines, models and analyses, to build and maintain high-quality pricing processes.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and the UK regulatory environment.
