Allianz UK is seeking a Principal Pricing Optimisation Analyst to join our Broker Home team in a hybrid role across London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford or Leeds. You will lead price optimisation and mentor colleagues while shaping Home pricing strategy in the broker channel.

The role emphasizes data science, model deployment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pricing decisions with impact. Excellent communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance pricing with predictive models.
• Proficiency with Databricks, SQL, PySpark or equivalent.
• Ability to review data pipelines, models and analyses.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and UK regulatory environment.
• Understanding of GLMs and GBMs; ML in insurance pricing.
• Experience with Radar software; familiarity with best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to build relationships across Pricing and business.
• Experience planning/managing projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to share knowledge through training and mentoring.
