Job summary

WTW in Redhill is recruiting a Pensions Payroll Administrator to join our hybrid working team. You will run pensioner payrolls for major UK employers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while handling related admin tasks.

You will handle payroll amendments, prints, payslips and P60s, manage PAYE deductions, and respond to pensioner queries via our helplines, while maintaining compliant records. A structured benefits package supports wellbeing and career growth.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with fast and accurate keyboard input and MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Flexible team player and able to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Keying payroll amendments and processing payrolls.
• Printing and checking payroll control reports.
• Ensuring payslips and P60s are issued correctly.
• Handling PAYE and other deductions accurately.
• Calculating manual payments using HMRC PAYE tables.
• Managing pensioner correspondence and helplines.
• Maintaining up-to-date EDMS records and compliant processes.
• Adhering to HMRC legislation and internal procedures.
