Qualifications

• Significant experience managing operations within Asset Finance and Leasing.
• Proven ability to lead large operational teams.
• Strong understanding of the asset finance lifecycle, including settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a substantial operations team.
• Oversee end-to-end transaction process from proposal to payout.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage workflow, resource planning and team performance.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting for informed decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and records.
• Maintain relationships with funders and service providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Finance to improve processes.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to customer service improvements across journeys.
• Mentor and develop team members and culture.
