Job summary

Asset Finance International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals across our operations in the UK. The role requires a proven track record of managing asset finance teams and delivering improvements in service and efficiency.

The role offers an excellent salary with a strong bonus scheme and benefits, with hybrid working in Marlow (3 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities

• Produce and implement training plans and personal objectives for the team, including completion of appraisals and one-to-one reviews
• Manage, maintain and build the relationships with internal and external customers enhancing and developing relationships
• Manage relevant operational risk associated with the operation of the IT system and the in-life activity of customer accounts
• Provide guidance regarding the IT System and related operational issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT system requirements remain fit for purpose and will continue to support the ongoing grow of the customer base
• Working with a "right first time" and continuous improvement ethos
