Asset Finance International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a busy financial services operation, translating strategy into day-to-day execution and ensuring teams have the structure and resources to deliver high standards.

You will manage a team of operational professionals across multiple functions, drive performance through MI and data, focus on controls, risk, and continuous improvement, and explore automation and AI to boost efficiency.
