Lenovo is seeking a Senior Demand Supply Planner to lead demand and supply planning for ISG portfolios across Europe and META. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand, inventory and business objectives.

The role emphasizes forecasting excellence, inventory optimization, risk management, and leadership within the planning organization, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned ISG product portfolios across Europe and META.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using business insights, market trends, and sales data.
• Drive inventory and supply planning strategies balancing customer requirements and revenue objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to support continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead planning governance processes, business reviews, and performance tracking.
