Job summary

We Do Group is seeking an experienced Supply Planner for a major global consumer brand in Central London. The role is a 3-month contract with hybrid working, focusing on balancing demand, stock, and inbound supply while coordinating with Sales, Finance and suppliers.

The successful candidate will own supply plans, monitor stock levels and support the S&OP process, delivering weekly reports and dashboards. Strong Excel skills and Oracle experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Planning or similar supply chain role.
• Strong Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Analytical, organised and able to work at pace with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing supply plans against changing forecasts and customer demand.
• Reviewing and adjusting purchase orders and communicating changes to suppliers.
• Supporting the S&OP process alongside Demand Planning, Sales and Finance.
• Monitoring stock levels, days-on-hand and product availability.
• Producing weekly stock reporting and monthly supply dashboards.
• Managing purchase orders, supplier call-offs and stock movements.
• Supporting inbound logistics and ensuring stock flows smoothly into the UK.
