The Electric Car Scheme is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach across the UK market. You will qualify leads, hand over meetings to the BDM team, and build prospect lists with direct emails and numbers. Hybrid working and a salary sacrifice scheme for EV leases are offered.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in business development, strong communication, and comfort with CRM and LinkedIn Navigator. Equity options are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of business development or outbound prospecting experience.
• Proven success with personalised high-touch outbound outreach.
• Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Hybrid-ready with ability to split time between home and office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs.
