Driveway Vehicle Solutions in Derby is expanding its EV sales team and seeks a Sales Specialist with a focus on Salary Sacrifice. You will guide customers through the switch to electric, manage the full sales journey, and leverage CRM to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2C environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound customer leads, qualifying needs and recommending the ideal EV.
• Manage the full sales journey—from initial conversation through to vehicle handover.
• Champion the salary sacrifice product and clearly explain its advantages to customers and employers.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage orders in progress.
• Provide excellent aftersales care, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop your sales pipeline and build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our EV proposition through feedback.
