Responsibilities

• Complete daily administration tasks and use booking systems.
• Liaise with residents to arrange access for contractors/subcontractors.
• Booking in subcontractors/contractors to complete works.
• Liaise with customers to arrange, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and emails related to bookings/general queries.
• Maintain accurate records on computer systems.
