Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Scheduler on a temporary basis through March 2027 to support retrofit and decarbonisation projects for Social Housing across the North West. The role covers two sites in Preston and Manchester; a driving licence and own car are essential as mileage is paid.

You will manage work programmes for retrofit works, make outbound calls to residents to arrange access and bookings, handle inbound queries, and liaise with site teams to keep programmes on track.

They specialise in retrofit & decarbonisation works to tenanted Social Housing properties across the North West.

As a result of being awarded new contracts, they are looking to hire a Scheduler to join them on a temporary basis until March 2027.

This will be working across two sites in Preston and Manchester (a driving licence and own car is essential - mileage is paid).

You will given work programmes for retrofit works being completed, and it will be your responsibility to make outbound calls to residents to arrange access and book in when work will be completed. You will also take inbound calls to this nature.

You will also liaise with the site teams to ensure programmes are met and work runs smoothly.
