Job summary

CMS - Recruitment is seeking a Call Handler / Works Scheduler / Administrator for a large property maintenance specialist. The role is based in Basingstoke with half home, half office based work.

You will handle about 60 inbound calls daily, schedule engineers for domestic repairs, and liaise with customers on job progress, with 20 days holiday and 8 bank holidays. Permanent, full-time with potential Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from around 60 customers per day.
• Scheduling engineers appointments to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
• Liaising with the customers on job progress.
• Handling any complaints and escalating when required.
• Other general administration.
