Job summary

Fawkes & Reece seeks a Planner or Senior Planner to support a major Civil Engineering project in Northwest Wales. You will create and manage tender, contract and construction programmes and prepare reporting materials for clients.

The role requires experience in developing large multimillion-pound programmes and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with flexibility between office, site and home, and opportunities to contribute to tendering

Qualifications

• Must have HND/C or degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Experience leading, allocating resources and managing programmes.
• Ability to identify and assess risk and maintain works programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tender, contract and construction programmes.
• Produce tender deliverables and feeding information to contract reports for client consumption.
• Hold site planning meetings and produce programme sequence/phasing slides.
• Contribute to future work planning and bid/tender activities.
