Job summary

Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting a Repairs Planner for a temporary assignment in Trafford, Manchester. The role offers a hybrid pattern with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, at 19.00 Umbrella per hour.

You will work in the reactive repairs team, coordinating with customers and engineers, raising work orders, updating customers, re-booking cancelled appointments and handling related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience within repairs planning within social housing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working within the reactive repairs team.
• Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule in repairs work.
• Raising work orders.
• Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs.
• Re-booking in cancelled appointments.
• Managing all associated administration.
