Job summary

Hanwha Vision Europe in Chertsey is seeking a Sales Support Executive on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) with hybrid work pattern (3 days in the office). You will support customers via phone and email, process orders, manage invoicing, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires graduate-level education or A-Levels with administrative experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education or A-Levels with at least 2 years’ administrative experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to customers.
• Process sales orders and manage invoicing accurately.
• Manage stock returns and RMA processes.
• Respond to queries regarding orders, products and stock availability.
• Track orders through to final delivery.
• Produce Excel-based reports and performance updates.
• Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to manage deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
