Qualifications

• Proven administration experience.
• Quick learner with ability to understand vehicle specifications (training provided).
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle orders accurately and efficiently.
• Send contract documents to customers for signatures.
• Maintain complete and accurate records to support operations.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed correctly and on time.
• Prepare contract hire agreements for customers.
• Liaise with customers after finance decisions.
• Provide management information regularly.
• Coordinate with dealers regarding stock levels and financial matters.
• Maintain effective communication between customers and the sales team.
• Arrange vehicle deliveries as soon as available and handle queries professionally.
• Liaise with manufacturers as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and dealers.
