Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a Sales Support Advisor for our Gateshead-based Group Fleet office. Responsibilities

• Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers.
• Use the internal fleet management system and comply procedures when processing and managing customer orders.
• Ensuring together with our Senior Sales Support and Team Leaders, that all customer records/databases are completed and up to date.
• Deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers.
