Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst in Leeds, a hybrid role with travel as required. The salary ranges from £32,500 to £37,500 per year, depending on experience.

The contract is permanent and full-time, focusing on driving operational excellence, service improvements, and customer satisfaction across the business. The role involves supporting finance operations, dealer management systems, and change initiatives while collaborating with UK and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in FCA-regulated environments.
• Ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing workloads in a developing team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and controls across your area of responsibility.
• Develop relationships with offshore teams to ensure service levels are met.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives for efficiency.
• Analyze team performance, ways of working, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to support change and priorities.
• Ensure key controls, reconciliations and compliance activities are maintained.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including supplier engagement by phone.
• Support offshore teams through coaching and sharing motor vehicle industry knowledge as needed.
