Job Title: Sales Support Assistant

Location: Harrogate Office, 1 day WFH

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: Starting from £26,500-£27,000 per annum DOE (including a £1,500 bonus paid in January, dependent on company achievement)

Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong telephone manner and be capable of handling calls from diverse individuals. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing adaptability in various situations. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, take ownership of tasks, and ensure they are managed through from start to finish. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process motor vehicle orders efficiently and accurately.

- Send contract documents to customers for signatures.

- Maintain complete and accurate records to support operations.

- Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and on time.

- Prepare contract hire agreements for customers.

- Liaise with customers after receiving finance company decisions.

- Provide management information regularly.

- Coordinate with dealers regarding stock levels and related financial matters.

- Maintain effective communication between customers and the sales team.

- Arrange vehicle deliveries as soon as they become available.

- Manage customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Liaise with manufacturers as needed.

- Collaborate effectively with manufacturers and dealers.

Qualifications:

- Quick learner with the ability to understand vehicle specifications for assisting with customer queries and quotations (not essential as training provided).

- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Personal Attributes:

- Motivated and detail-oriented.

- Responsible for own tasks and actions
