Job summary

Lookers Limited is seeking a Sales Support Advisor for the Group Fleet office in Gateshead. The role is permanent with hybrid working (2 days in the office - Tue and Wed), supporting Senior Sales Advisors and the wider team to deliver a professional fleet service.

You will manage vehicle orders, maintain accurate customer records, and respond proactively to internal and external queries while providing excellent customer service to Group Fleet customers.

Qualifications

• Confident, well-organised, and excellent communication skills.
• IT literate and comfortable using computer databases.

Responsibilities

• Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers.
• Use the internal fleet management system and comply procedures when processing and managing customer orders.
• Ensuring together with our Senior Sales Support and Team Leaders, that all customer records/databases are completed and up to date.
• Deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers.
