Job summary

One Utility Bill Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support Advisor to join our Growth teams.

This full-time hybrid role blends admin/back-end work with frontline customer interactions to support B2B letting agents and B2C rental/homeowner customers throughout the customer journey. You will work with the Sales Support Team Leader to drive efficiency, improve processes, and contribute to our ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Confident phone manner and ability to multi-task are required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Address queries from letting agents via phone, email and chat.
• Support B2B letting agents and B2C rental/homeowner customers across the sales journey.
• Assist in processing leads and contributing to B2C sales targets.
• Collaborate with Growth Leaders to meet business and team goals.
• Ensure sales validation for quality and smooth customer experience.
• Support on cross-team projects and cover absences as needed.
