Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a proactive Fleet Service Advisor in Chippenham with hybrid working after onboarding. The role focuses on keeping vehicles on the road and minimising downtime while delivering outstanding service in a target-driven environment.

You will manage repair cases from start to finish, liaise with garages and suppliers, proactively chase updates, keep customers informed, coordinate bookings and authorisations, and maintain accurate case records across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Experience in fleet management or vehicle leasing environments.
Experience in dealership/garage environments is desirable.
Automotive customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle repair and maintenance cases from start to finish.
Liaise with garages, dealerships, suppliers and customers to progress repairs.
Proactively chase updates to reduce vehicle downtime.
Keep customers and stakeholders informed with regular communication.
Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements.
Maintain accurate records and notes across multiple systems.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to repairs and servicing.
Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when needed.
Work toward service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction.
Support wider operational projects and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities - Fleet Service Advisor

Manage vehicle repair and maintenance cases from start to finish.
Liaise with garages, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers and customers to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
Proactively chase updates and challenge delays to reduce vehicle downtime.
Keep customers and stakeholders informed through regular communication.
Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements where required.
Maintain accurate records and case notes across multiple systems.
Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle repairs and servicing.
Escalate technical or complex issues to specialist teams when required.
Work towards service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Support wider operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
