Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our hybrid MSP team in the UK. The role focuses on keeping information moving across customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring timely actions and accurate records.

You will develop involvement in wider operational projects and ensure commercial information is accurate before handing off to relevant teams. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Organised and commercially aware with ownership.
• Experience in operations coordination or service administration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several pieces of work simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding operational activity and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Coordinate requests between customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming deadlines and outstanding requirements.
• Follow up where information, approvals or actions are missing.
• Escalate potential problems and drive them through to resolution.
• Keep relevant systems and records updated throughout the process.
• Assist with ongoing customer service and support arrangements.
• Gather pricing and information from external technology partners.
• Arrange the movement of technology equipment between suppliers, internal locations and customers.
• Monitor deliveries and investigate delays or exceptions.
• Maintain accurate information relating to equipment, customer services and supplier activity.
• Develop effective working relationships with external suppliers and technology partners.
• Assist with cross-border administration and shipping documentation.
