Chubb Fire & Security invites you to join as a Sales Operations Analyst, a graduate or entry-level role combining remote work with occasional meetings at our Blackburn head office. You will develop dashboards, support data accuracy, and drive operational improvements across the commercial team.

With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will work with Sales, Finance and Operations, leveraging Power BI and Dynamics where possible.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful sales dashboards turning data into actionable insights.
• Support the sales team with data accuracy, reporting, and operational processes.
• Analyse sales trends, pipeline activity, and business performance.
• Maintain and govern key sales reporting dashboards.
• Assist with forecasting, KPI tracking, pipeline health, and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain and improve CRM & CPQ data quality and reporting standards.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support the administration and optimisation of sales systems and tools.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
• Lead initiatives to simplify and standardise the commercial reporting landscape, ensuring consistent reporting practices, improved data quality, and enhanced business insight across commercial functions.
