Chubb Fire & Security in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This graduate/entry role will develop dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support forecasting and reporting across the commercial function.

You will collaborate with sales, finance and operations, applying Power BI and Dynamics where relevant, and drive continuous improvement to simplify reporting and transform data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful sales dashboards turning data into insights that can be actions.
• Support the sales team with data accuracy, reporting, and operational processes.
• Analyse sales trends, pipeline activity, and business performance.
• Maintain and govern key sales reporting dashboards.
• Assist with forecasting, KPI tracking, pipeline health, and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain and improve CRM & CPQ data quality and reporting standards.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
