MetLife UK is seeking a Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator to join our hybrid sales team in Brighton. You will support the Employee Benefits sales personnel with administrative tasks, maintain Salesforce records, prepare materials, and contribute to retention and growth initiatives.

The role blends office presence Tuesday to Thursday with remote work on other days, offering exposure to financial advisers and broker partnerships.

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Experience dealing with high volumes of sales administration.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to present to groups face to face or virtually.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service to Financial Advisers by telephone and email.
• Manage Salesforce system, keep opportunities and contacts updated and capture feedback.
• Provide account management support including admin tasks, PowerPoint creation, and reporting.
• Support retention and growth targets with the Sales Team and wider teams.
• Maintain high standards with attention to detail across tasks.
• Act as point of contact when the MetLife salesperson is away from the office.
• Leverage AI fluency to enhance productivity and informed decision-making.
