MetLife UK is seeking a proactive Sales Experience Consultant (Sales Administrator) to support the UK Employee Benefits sales team from our Brighton office. The role blends customer service, administration, and sales support, with a hybrid pattern: three days in the Brighton office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days remote.

You will manage Salesforce records, prepare reports and presentations, and liaise with Financial Advisers to help retention and growth.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience dealing with high volumes of sales administration.
• Excellent telephone manner and client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an outstanding service to Financial Advisers by telephone and email.
• Manage Salesforce system, keep opportunities and contacts up to date and capture feedback.
• Provide account management support: administration, PowerPoint creation, running reports, meeting prep & feedback calls.
• Support retention and growth targets with the Sales Team and wider teams.
• Maintain high standards with attention to detail across tasks.
