MetLife UK is seeking a Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator to join our hybrid team in Brighton. You will support the Employee Benefits sales group across the UK by handling sales administration, managing Salesforce, and preparing materials for the Sales Account Executives.

You will work closely with advisers and internal teams to improve retention and growth, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience dealing with high volumes of sales administration.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Able to present face to face and virtually to any size group.
• Talk confidently about a product proposition and sell the benefits.
• Build meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
• Passion for helping others, empathetic and customer focused.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding service to Financial Advisers by telephone and email.
• Management of Salesforce system, ensuring opportunities and contacts are up to date and feedback captured.
• Provide account management support for the MetLife sales team, including administration, PowerPoint creation, reports, meeting prep & feedback calls.
• Support the sales team and wider teams to assist retention and growth targets.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed to high standard.
• Serve as point of contact when the MetLife salesperson is away.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and inform decisions.
