MetLife in the UK is hiring a Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator to support the Employee Benefits sales team with administration, Salesforce management, and materials for advisers.

The role is hybrid (Brighton office 3 days per week) with a focus on high‑volume admin, strong telephone skills, relationship building, and using AI tools to boost productivity. The role emphasizes retention, growth, and cross‑team collaboration.

• Experience dealing with high volumes of sales administration.

• Able to present face to face and virtually to any size group.
• Talk confidently about a product proposition and sell the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding service to Financial Advisers by telephone and email.
• Management of our Salesforce system, ensuring key opportunities and contacts are kept up to date and capturing key feedback.
• Provide account management support for the MetLife sales team, including administration, PowerPoint creation, running reports, meeting preparation & feedback calls.
• Support the Sales Team and wider teams to drive retention and growth targets.
• Maintain high attention to detail across tasks to ensure quality.
• Serve as the point of contact when the MetLife salesperson is away from the office.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support informed decision‑making.
