Quadient is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in a hybrid role (London office 2 days, remote 3 days). Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will generate qualified appointments, engage prospects, and support a high-performing sales culture.

You’ll build relationships across the sales team and ensure appointments convert into sales through a consultative approach. You’ll thrive on hitting targets, maintaining a positive attitude, and delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrates passion to deliver and hit goals.
• Natural relationship builder with strong conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified appointments by engaging new prospects and existing customers.
• Contribute to sales by ensuring appointments lead to conversions through a consultative approach.
• Build strong relationships with sales colleagues to maximize appointment-to-sale conversion.
