Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a Sales Contact Co-ordinator in London Bridge with a hybrid working pattern (2 days in office, 3 days remote). The role offers a salary of up to £28,000 and focuses on delivering proactive front-line service for customer inquiries into sales and lettings products, coordinating to the right teams.

You will handle inquiries, pre-qualify customers, manage data in systems, and support the Sales department with administrative tasks while contributing to a positive customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, administration or sales support.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly by phone, email and written correspondence.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering an excellent customer journey across sales and lettings services.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive telephone and email service within service promise timeframes.
• Pre-qualify customers and direct them to suitable sales/lettings properties or departments.
• Handle customer correspondence clearly to resolve enquiries and prevent escalation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data, including completions and utilities data, and support purchaser uploads.
• Provide reporting and administrative support to the Sales department.
