Job summary

Amdas Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Inbound Sales Coordinator in London (SE16) to join the Commercial Team. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities, from initial enquiry through to account handover, with support for existing customers.

Hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period, requiring 2 days per week in the office. The base salary is £30,000–£35,000 per annum, plus quarterly commission, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, can-do attitude, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound sales opportunities from enquiry to handover
• Respond to inquiries via email, web-chat and phone
• Support account management of existing customers
• Produce proposals and presentations, assist with tenders
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information for responses
• Keep up to date with industry news and competitor activity
• Identify service defects and suggest improvements
• Meet and exceed personal KPIs, contributing to team targets
• Carry out other duties as required
