Qualifications

• Experienced Legal Claims Handler, Legal Executive or Solicitor.
• Knowledge of Pre Action Protocols, CPR, and relevant statute.
• Experience handling RTA, EL, and PL claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Claimant Employers Liability and Personal Injury claims.
• Ensure clients receive correct legal advice and support.
• Negotiate settlements and draft necessary legal documents.
