Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking an RFP Writer to support the completion of prospect proposals, client questionnaires, and other strategic client deliverables. The team partners with product and client-facing professionals to articulate Wellington's capabilities clearly and consistently.

In this role you will leverage Loopio and other tools to draft high-quality responses, oversee content governance, and assist with data retrieval from internal sources using Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Quantitative and technical abilities with Excel and similar tools.
• Positive, professional, independent self-starter with teamwork mindset.
• Experience with content management tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• 1-2+ years in investment industry or related client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Write, coordinate, edit, and proofread RFPs and RFIs with subject matter experts.
• Maintain and enhance content in Loopio and suggest improvements.
• Use AI and firm tools to draft high-quality responses for clients.
• Govern content across RFPs/RFIs and related materials.
• Retrieve, validate, and organize data from internal sources using Excel and firm tools.
