Job summary

HarbourVest Partners seeks a detail-oriented professional to join Institutional Sales Enablement within the Marketing team. You will develop high-quality responses (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, FIs) for institutional prospects and clients, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver accurate materials in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in investment management or related fields, solid MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to

Qualifications

• Experience creating RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and FIs responses.
• Experience in private markets or investment services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in investment management/marketing/RFP capacity.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and FIs for institutional investors.
• Manage end-to-end response process from kickoff to final production.
• Partner with Investment Specialists, Investor Relations, Legal, and Marketing Compliance to source and assemble data.
• Use RFP content management system to draft, improve, and standardize responses.
• Collaborate with HarbourVest colleagues globally to meet deadlines.
