Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior RFP Writer for a 12-month fixed-term in London to drive complex RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs for Europe and Asia clients. You will lead end-to-end responses, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, and leverage Qvidian to deliver compelling content.

You will partner with Specialists and stakeholders to craft narratives that reflect our investment philosophy and capabilities, while ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in RFP/DDQ/RFI response production within asset management or financial services.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality, compliant responses.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP, DDQ and RFI responses for CG's Europe/Asia clients.
• Coordinate kick-off calls, review requirements, and tailor narratives to client needs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, ESG, Operations, Risk and Compliance to craft content.
• Utilize Qvidian and other content tools to improve response quality and reuse.
• Mentor teammates and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
