Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking an institutional sales enablement professional to craft high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and fundraising inquiries for institutional prospects and clients. You will partner with teams across the firm to source information and deliver accurate, client-ready materials in a fast-paced global environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in investment management or private markets, with strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration

Qualifications

• Education preferred: BA or BS or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in investment management/private equity/Marketing/RFP capacity preferred (Associate level).
• Experience with private markets and investment-focused financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and FIs for institutional prospects and clients.
• Manage end-to-end response processes including kickoff calls, drafts, reviews, and final production.
• Collaborate with Investment Specialists, Investor Relations, Performance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Source information and data to build compelling, client-ready responses.
• Use content management systems to ensure consistency across materials.
