Job summary

Vodafone is seeking an experienced analytics professional to own and enhance performance reporting for Vodafone Retail. You’ll analyse data across channels, provide timely insights and support trading decisions in a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term role.

You’ll work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, push for continuous improvement and contribute to major promotional events and product launches. The role emphasizes forecasting support, budget alignment and advanced data modelling using Excel, SQL

Qualifications

• Proven track record of accurate performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel with Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Advanced SQL for multi-source data.
• Advanced Power BI for dashboards.
• Experience supporting budget and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain and improve performance reporting across Three and Vodafone Retail.
• Maintain reporting governance and quality controls, including definitions and validation processes.
• Support Retail budget, rolling forecast and in-period outlook with validated data and insights.
• Investigate complex performance questions by reconciling data sources and reporting issues.
• Translate commercial information into clear insight for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide reporting for major promotions and product launches and assess success measures.
