Vodafone Group Plc in London is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to own and improve Retail reporting. You will act as a subject matter expert, gathering data from multiple sources and delivering timely insights to support trading decisions and performance reviews.

This hybrid, full-time role emphasizes advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contribution to budgeting, forecasting and major promotions.

Formación

• Substantial experience in performance reporting, forecasting support and commercial analysis, with a proven track record of producing accurate, timely reporting and insight.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including Power Pivot, Power Query, complex modelling and advanced formulas.
• Advanced SQL capability to query, manipulate, reconcile and validate complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and ongoing reporting solution improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Produce, maintain and continuously improve performance reporting across Three and Vodafone Retail, ensuring data and insight are accurate and timely.
• Maintain reporting governance, definitions and validation processes to support consistent interpretation of Retail performance.
• Support budget, rolling forecast and in-period outlook activities with validated data and insight.
• Investigate complex performance questions by reconciling multiple data sources and escalating where needed.
• Translate complex commercial information into clear insights for stakeholders like Channel Performance Lead and Product Owners.
• Provide reporting and insights for major promotions and product launches, assessing performance across volume, value and mix.
• Identify, quantify and report Retail risks and opportunities with evidence-based recommendations.
• Act as a point of expertise for Retail reporting and data queries, coordinating with teams to resolve issues.
