Job summary

VodafoneThree in London/Newbury hybrid is seeking a data analytics professional to support fixed broadband performance insights and weekly reporting within the Network Quality CX and Insight team.

You will develop and maintain KPI dashboards, perform trend analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. Strong Excel and BI tool skills are essential, with a view to automation and continuous improvement using Python where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence role.
• High-level understanding of fixed broadband services and related customer experience KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and SQL or similar querying skills.
• Experience producing KPI reports, dashboards and recurring performance reporting.
• Focus on data quality, validation and accuracy in reporting outputs.
• Aptitude for automation and continuous improvement, including Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of fixed broadband performance insights and reporting.
• Perform regular reporting and trend analysis of Fixed KPIs.
• Track and report progress of quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the Fixed Performance Lead with data analysis and insight generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain and evolve weekly fixed performance reporting tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to automation and transformation initiatives within analytics.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and deep dives into customer experience metrics.
