Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a skilled Retail Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain performance reporting for Vodafone Retail and Three Retail. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights across acquisition, retention and channel performance.

You will work with data from multiple sources, validate findings, and support trading discussions, forecasts and major promotions. Hybrid working is offered with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in performance reporting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel capabilities including Power Pivot/Power Query.
• Strong SQL querying and data validation skills.
• Proficient in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
• Experience supporting budget, rolling forecast and trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain and improve performance reporting across Vodafone Retail and Three Retail.
• Maintain governance and validation of reporting measures and definitions.
• Support budget, forecast and in-period outlook with validated data and insights.
• Investigate complex questions by reconciling multiple data sources and stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into clear insight for channel leads and stakeholders.
• Provide reporting for major promotions and product launches and measure success.
• Identify risks and opportunities and advise on actions to deliver the plan.
• Act as a reporting expert, resolving data queries and safeguarding data quality.
