Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, databases or reporting platforms.
• Ability to identify trends and performance drivers through analysis.
• Experience handling large datasets with high data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular reporting on customer experience and operational performance.
• Analyse customer and contact centre data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other tools.
• Investigate issues and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with CX, Complaints and Operations teams for informed decisions.
• Ensure data quality by validating and reconciling reporting sources.
• Help automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to reporting standards and documentation across the business.
