Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Data Analytics & Insight Manager to lead high‑quality reporting, analysis and insight to support executive decision‑making in Milton Keynes. You will drive automated reporting, turn complex data into clear narratives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to identify trends and opportunities.

You’ll lead a team, develop performance dashboards, and ensure data quality and consistency in reporting packs.

Qualifications

• Strong senior stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in data storytelling and data visualization to drive decisions.
• Experience with large datasets, data quality, and end-to-end data processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of automated performance reporting.
• Produce insights across customer, sales, operational and financial performance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform decisions.
