Job summary

Kia UK Limited is seeking an analytically minded individual to join our insights team at the Walton-on-Thames head office. You will manage and lead research projects, produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports, and perform in-depth monthly analysis of warranty claims while monitoring dealer activity to identify trends.

This role offers hybrid working, a clear path for skill development, and exposure to cross-functional teams including Service & Quality and field operations.

Qualifications

• Interest in analytics within business, commerce or statistics.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading research projects and competitor studies to stay ahead of the market.
• Producing and distributing weekly and monthly activity and performance reports for departments with potential for enhanced reporting.
• Carrying out in-depth monthly analysis of warranty claims, monitoring dealer activity and performance, analyzing data to identify trends.
• Providing administrative support for warranty audit activity coordination and management.
• Collating and producing accurate monthly invoicing files for relevant service programmes.
• Assisting the Quality team with new model service data collection and provision.
• Carrying out research and competitor studies for service programmes and warranty offerings.
• Providing general support to Service & Quality and field teams.
